1. Services
COAB provides custom e-commerce development services, including design, setup, and optimization of online stores built on Shopify, WooCommerce, and related platforms. Services are delivered on a project basis to businesses operating in the UAE, GCC, and other regions.
2. Consultation and project scope
All project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and pricing (including reference rates such as AED 1,999 or 11-day sprints) are estimates provided during initial consultation. A final, binding agreement is only created after a formal written contract or statement of work is signed by both parties.
3. Pricing and payment
Pricing quoted on our website or during consultation is subject to confirmation based on the final project requirements. All payments, milestones, and currency terms will be documented in the formal project contract. Unless otherwise agreed, project fees do not include third-party platform hosting fees, app subscriptions, or advertising budgets.
4. Timelines
Reference timelines (such as an 11-day sprint) begin after all required assets, access, and project approvals have been received from the client. COAB is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client inputs, third-party platform issues, or force majeure events.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom design and configuration delivered specifically for their project. Third-party platform terms, licensed images, stock assets, plugins, and themes remain subject to their respective licensors' terms.
6. Limitation of liability
COAB provides services on a best-effort basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
